Common use of Bulk Data Transmissions Clause in Contracts

Bulk Data Transmissions. With respect to each Law Firm that is permitted to file multiple claims by bulk upload or utilizing the Facility’s proprietary system referred to as “Web Services” (collectively, “Bulk Data Transmission”), the Law Firm hereby acknowledges and agrees that each time a claim is filed by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm reaffirms the terms of this Agreement and certifies that all information submitted to the AWI Trust will comply in all respects with the requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Bulk Data Transmissions. With respect to each Law Firm that is permitted to file the filing of multiple claims by bulk upload or utilizing through the Facility’s proprietary system referred to as “Web Services” (collectively, “Bulk Data Transmission”), the Law Firm hereby acknowledges and agrees that each time a claim is filed by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm reaffirms the terms of this Agreement and certifies that all information submitted to the AWI Flintkote Trust will comply in all respects with the requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

With respect to each Law Firm that is permitted to file multiple claims by bulk upload or utilizing the Facility’s proprietary system referred to as “Web Services” (collectively, “Bulk Data Transmission”), the Law Firm hereby acknowledges and agrees that each time a claim is filed by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm reaffirms the terms of this Agreement and certifies that all information submitted to the AWI USG Trust will comply in all respects with the requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

With respect to each Law Firm that is permitted to file multiple claims by bulk upload or utilizing the Facility’s Facility’s proprietary system referred to as “Web Services” “Web Services” (collectively, “Bulk “Bulk Data Transmission”Transmission”), the Law Firm hereby acknowledges and agrees that each time a claim is filed by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm reaffirms the terms of this Agreement and certifies that all information submitted to the AWI Trust Facility will comply in all respects with the requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

With respect to each Law Firm that is permitted to file multiple claims by bulk upload or utilizing the Facility’s proprietary system referred to as “Web Services” (collectively, “Bulk Data Transmission”), the Law Firm hereby acknowledges and agrees that each time a claim is filed by Bulk Data Transmission, the Law Firm reaffirms the terms of this Agreement and certifies that all information submitted to the AWI PCC Trust will comply in all respects with the requirements of Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
