Common use of Bulk Mail Clause in Contracts

Bulk Mail. You may not use the Mail Services to send Bulk Mail except via a Vaioni approved mail marketing service. You may not send bulk or commercial mail that has a Vaioni Mail Service return address or references a Vaioni Mail Service address, unless approved by Vaioni in advance. You may not intentionally use your Mail Service for the purpose of receiving bulk mail from others. For example, you may not submit any Mail Service email address to a “Safelist” or “Free for All” list.
