Bulk PDF Import. Districts may bulk import PDFs extracted from their prior Special Programs solution. ● Extracted PDFs are uploaded in bulk to SameGoal servers through the web interface. ● Once uploaded, PDFs are automatically analyzed by SameGoal servers. ● Each PDF is then automatically associated with the correct student based on the student ID, student name and/or student DOB found in each PDF and our matching algorithm. Because our matching algorithm compares uploaded PDFs against students in SameGoal, the student/parent demographics integration must be run at least once prior to bulk PDF import. There is no limit to the number of PDFs imported into SameGoal. Districts regularly upload hundreds of thousands of PDFs to SameGoal during implementation. Importing historic PDFs from your prior solution means staff have historic documents at their fingertips when they begin using SameGoal.

  • REPAIRED OR REPLACED PARTS / COMPONENTS Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including Warranties, as set forth in the Additional Warranties Clause herein. Replaced or repaired Product or parts and components of such Product shall be new and shall, if available, be replaced by the original manufacturer’s component or part. Remanufactured parts or components meeting new Product standards may be permitted by the Commissioner or Authorized User. Before installation, all proposed substitutes for the original manufacturer’s installed parts or components must be approved by the Authorized User. The part or component shall be equal to or of better quality than the original part or component being replaced.

  • Additional Quantities For a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of solicitation award, the Customer reserves the right to acquire additional quantities up to the amount shown on the solicitation but not to exceed the threshold for Category Two at the prices submitted in the response to the solicitation.
