Common use of BULK SUM PRICE Clause in Contracts

BULK SUM PRICE. To provide all labour, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract and agrees to accept, therefore, as payment in full the "Bulk Sum Price" of ( $ ), and to undertake all changes or extra work required during the period of construction in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 of the General Conditions of the Contract.
