Common use of Bulletin Board Listing Clause in Contracts

Bulletin Board Listing. The Company's common stock is currently traded on the Bulletin Board operated by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (the "Bulletin Board") under the symbol "PRTI." The common stock will be trading on the Bulletin Board at Closing and the Company warrants that this transaction will not cause the shares of common stock to be delisted from the Bulletin Board and the Company will take all steps necessary to assure that the Company's common stock will continue to trade thereon.
