Bulletin Boards and Intermediary Offices. Upon implementation of the Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) program, the Union shall have access to post information on bulletin boards in the offices of Fiscal Intermediaries and reasonable access to the intermediaries’ offices at times when Individual Providers are likely to be there in groups.
