Bulletins. Every effort shall be made by the CPS Department of Literacy: Libraries to send pertinent bulletins explaining library policies, practices and procedures to the teacher-librarians.
Bulletins. The contractor shall develop and disseminate bulletins as needed to incorporate any and all changes to the Provider Manual. All bulletins shall be mailed to the State at least three (3) calendar days prior to publication or mailing to the providers or as soon as feasible. The Department shall have the right to issue and/or modify the bulletins at any time. If the DHS determines that there are factual errors or misleading information, the contractor shall be required to issue corrected information in the manner determined by the DHS.

Bulletins. Where the Contractor has submitted prints in the form of technical bulletins or other printed matter as a shop drawing that contains diagrams or drawings thereon of material or equipment installed in the Work, the Contractor shall furnish six (6) sets of each such bulletin or other printed matter to ensure that the Department has all the necessary information for the proper operation, maintenance and repair of the material and equipment depicted on such bulletins or other printed matter, and for ordering of future replacement parts.

Selection and appointment of the successful candidate will be completed not later than 60 calendar days after the bulletin posting date. A successful applicant to a bulletined vacancy must confirm their acceptance within ten (10) days of the date they received notification of their selection; failing this their name will be dropped from the competition.
Bulletins a) Where vacancies are created through promotions, resignations, retirements or dismissals and when new positions are created, notice thereof will be posted electronically and in the Administration Offices, Maintenance Shop, and staff rooms (or equivalent) of each school. A copy of every bulletin will be forwarded to the Secretary of the Union within seven (7) days. The closing date of bulletins will be a minimum of seven (7) calendar days after posting, with the exception of bulletins closing during the summer months, which will be posted for a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days. SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 38 (RICHMOND) AND CUPE LOCAL 716 Collective Agreement 2022-2025 It is agreed and understood that an increase of two (2) days or more in a part-time position constitutes a major change and creates a new position. An increase of less than two (2) days is a minor change and does not constitute a new position. A copy of each bulletin will be mailed to each laid off employee whose name is on the recall list.
b) Such posting and notice shall contain the following information: Nature of position, required ability, hours of work, location, anticipated commencement date and wage rate or salary range.
c) The Secretary of the Union and the appropriate Shop Xxxxxxx are to be advised of the name(s) of the successful applicant(s) within fifteen (15) working days following the closing date for receipt of applications.
d) All unsuccessful applicants may protest in writing to the Human Resources Department within seven (7) working days of being notified the position was filled.
Bulletins. A. The Union shall have the right to the use of enclosed bulletin boards that shall be locked and placed at designated locations by the Employer for the exclusive use of Local 1497 for the publishing of notices pertaining to the conduct of Union affairs of the following types:
1. Notices of Union recreation and social events;
2. Notices of Union election;
3. Notices of results of Union elections;
4. Notices of Union meetings;
5. Job postings.
B. In the event a dispute arises concerning the appropriateness of material posted on the Union Bulletin Board, the President of the Union will be advised by the Labor Relations Department of the nature of the dispute and the notices or bulletins in question will be removed from the bulletin boards until the dispute is resolved. The boards shall be placed in areas accessible to bargaining unit members during regular building hours.

Bulletins. From time to time, at its sole discretion, Upland may publish bulletins containing information about Updates and other Upland news.
Bulletins. The Association shall have the right to post notices on bulletin boards designated by the building principal in the teacher workrooms and teacher cafeterias provided that such notices are approved by the Association President. The Association shall also have the right to use the district’s school mailboxes.
