Bulletins. Every effort shall be made by the CPS Department of Literacy: Libraries to send pertinent bulletins explaining library policies, practices and procedures to the teacher-librarians.

Bulletins. The contractor shall develop and disseminate bulletins as needed to incorporate any and all changes to the Provider Manual. All bulletins shall be mailed to the State at least three (3) calendar days prior to publication or mailing to the providers or as soon as feasible. The Department shall have the right to issue and/or modify the bulletins at any time. If the DHS determines that there are factual errors or misleading information, the contractor shall be required to issue corrected information in the manner determined by the DHS.

Bulletins. Where the Contractor has submitted prints in the form of technical bulletins or other printed matter as a shop drawing that contains diagrams or drawings thereon of material or equipment installed in the Work, the Contractor shall furnish six (6) sets of each such bulletin or other printed matter to ensure that the Department has all the necessary information for the proper operation, maintenance and repair of the material and equipment depicted on such bulletins or other printed matter, and for ordering of future replacement parts.

The Union shall have the right to the use of enclosed bulletin boards that shall be locked and placed at designated locations by the Employer for the exclusive use of Local 1497 for the publishing of notices pertaining to the conduct of Union affairs of the following types: 1. Notices of Union recreation and social events; 2. Notices of Union election; 3. Notices of results of Union elections; 4. Notices of Union meetings; 5. Job postings. B. In the event a dispute arises concerning the appropriateness of material posted on the Union Bulletin Board, the President of the Union will be advised by the Labor Relations Department of the nature of the dispute and the notices or bulletins in question will be removed from the bulletin boards until the dispute is resolved. The boards shall be placed in areas accessible to bargaining unit members during regular building hours.
