Common use of Bulletins Clause in Contracts

Bulletins. Where the Contractor has submitted prints in the form of technical bulletins or other printed matter as a shop drawing that contains diagrams or drawings thereon of material or equipment installed in the Work, the Contractor shall furnish six (6) sets of each such bulletin or other printed matter to ensure that the Department has all the necessary information for the proper operation, maintenance and repair of the material and equipment depicted on such bulletins or other printed matter, and for ordering of future replacement parts.
