Common use of Bulletins Clause in Contracts

Bulletins. (a) All new positions and vacancies (except those of less than thirty (30) days’ duration) shall be promptly bulletined in places accessible to all employees affected for a period of five (5) working days. Such bulletin will show location, title and description of position, rate of pay, assigned hours of service, assigned meal period, assigned rest days.
