BUMPING AND RECALL RIGHTS. a) An employee who is laid off shall have the right to bump to another classification that the employee previously held where they have sufficient classification seniority (to include the seniority that they had acquired in the classification from which they are being laid off) and that is in the same or lower grade as the employee’s current grade.
