Bundling. Licensee may use Licensed Marks in connection with Service Bundles in accordance with the Quality Standards set forth in Article 5 on a non-exclusive basis if: a. The Service Bundle is predominantly built around a Licensed Service or is provided in conjunction with an Affiliate of Licensor; and b. Licensee is in compliance with its material obligations under any supply agreement with Licensor or a TW Licensee or, in the case of High Speed Internet Services, a ROAD RUNNER Licensee, for all elements that are included in the Service Bundle, if any such agreement is in place.
