Bunkers and LNG Heel at Delivery and Redelivery. (a) Upon delivery, Charterers shall purchase all LNG (up to a maximum of 8,000 cbm unless otherwise mutually agreed), FIFO, gas oil and diesel on board at the documented cost of each. Original supplier invoices must be provided by Owners to Charterers. (c) Owners shall make reasonable endeavours, but not be obligated, to deliver the Vessel with cargo tanks inerted or under natural gas vapours. (d) The Vessel shall be redelivered to Owners with its cargo tanks under natural gas vapours. (e) Throughout the Charter (and upon delivery and redelivery) the Vessel shall operate with at least a quantity of bunkers or Fuel Oil Equivalent, as defined in Clause 53, and a quantity of diesel oil and nitrogen (if nitrogen is applicable) on board sufficient to prosecute safely each voyage or reach the nearest safe bunker port. The above amount shall be in addition to a safety reserve of fuel oil, which would enable the Vessel to steam at the Service speed defined in this Charter for a total of five days. (f) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Charter all bunkers and LNG Heel on board the Vessel shall, throughout the duration of this Charter, remain the property of Charterers or their nominee and can only be purchased on the terms specified in the Charter at the end of the charter period or, if earlier, at the termination of the Charter.

(b) Upon redelivery, Owners shall purchase (i) all LNG (up to a maximum of 8,000 cbm unless otherwise mutually agreed), HFO, gas oil and diesel liquid fuels on board at the documented cost of eachFuel Price; and (ii) LNG as per sub-clause (c) below. Original supplier invoices must be provided by Charterers to Owners.
(c) Owners LNG (on delivery and redelivery) shall make reasonable endeavours, but not be obligated, to deliver priced at the Vessel with cargo tanks inerted or under natural gas vapoursLNG Price.
(d) Owner shall endeavour to deliver the Vessel to Charterer with cargo tanks in a cold condition. Should Owners be unable to deliver the Vessel in this condition, the Vessel's cargo tanks will be warm, containing natural gas vapours or the tanks will be warm and gas free. The cost and time to perform a gas up and cool down, as necessary, are for Owners account. The Vessel shall be redelivered to Owners with its cargo tanks under natural gas vapoursvapours unless Owners exercise the LNG heel option. Owners have the option to retain up to 3000m3 of LNG heel at last discharge, such option to be declared prior to loading of the last cargo and to be priced at the LNG Price.
(e) Throughout the Charter charter (and upon delivery and redelivery) the Vessel shall operate with at least a quantity of bunkers or Fuel Oil Equivalent, as defined in Clause 5352, and a quantity of diesel oil and nitrogen (if nitrogen is applicable) on board sufficient to prosecute safely each voyage or reach the nearest safe bunker port. The above amount shall be in addition to a safety reserve of fuel oil, which would enable the Vessel to steam at the Service speed defined in this Charter Speed, as determined with reference to Clause 26, for a total of five (5) days.
(f) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Charter charter all bunkers and LNG Heel on board the Vessel shall, throughout the duration of this Chartercharter, remain the property of Charterers or their nominee and can only be purchased on the terms specified in the Charter charter at the end of the charter period or, if earlier, at the termination of the Chartercharter.
(g) The Master shall provide on On-Hire and Off-Hire Certificate containing the Remaining On Board (ROB) quantities for LNG, HFO, gas oil and diesel upon both delivery and redelivery of the Vessel. Where either the Owners or Charterers (as the case may be) requires an independent surveyor to verify ROB quantities for all liquid fuels, the Parties shall jointly instruct such independent surveyor. However, any and all costs arising from such instructions shall be borne by the party requiring the surveyor. In any dispute, the surveyor's findings shall prevail.

(c) Owners Owner shall make reasonable endeavoursaccept and pay for all bunkers and LNG Heel remaining on board at the Redelivery Time (whether the Redelivery Time occurs at the end of the Charter Period or on the earlier termination of this Time Charter Party), but not be obligated, to deliver valued at the Vessel with cargo tanks inerted or under natural gas vapoursFuel Price and the LNG Price respectively.
(d) Owner shall deliver the Vessel to Charterer in a cold and ready to load condition and with sufficient LNG Heel to allow the Vessel to remain in such a condition for not less than seventy two (72) hours after the Delivery Time.
(e) Charterer shall redeliver the Vessel to Owner with its cargo tanks containing, at Owner’s option (which is to be declared fifteen (15) days before the last discharge), either:
(i) natural gas vapour and in need of cool down before loading; or
(ii) up to three thousand cubic meters (3,000m3) LNG Heel.
(f) The Vessel shall be delivered to Charterer with not less than:
(iii) one thousand (1,000) tonnes of Fuel Oil; and
(iv) one hundred (100) tonnes of marine gas oil.
(g) The Vessel shall be redelivered to Owners Owner with its cargo tanks under natural gas vapours.not less than: -
(ei) Throughout the Charter one thousand (and upon delivery and redelivery1,000) the Vessel shall operate with at least a quantity tonnes of bunkers or Fuel Oil Equivalent, as defined in Clause 53, and a quantity of diesel oil and nitrogen (if nitrogen is applicable) on board sufficient to prosecute safely each voyage or reach the nearest safe bunker port. The above amount shall be in addition to a safety reserve of fuel oil, which would enable the Vessel to steam at the Service speed defined in this Charter for a total of five days.Oil; and
