Grade of Bunkers. (a) Charterers shall supply fuel oil whose properties comply with those set out in ISO Standard 8217:2005 for RMH380 and diesel oil whose properties comply with the same ISO standard for DMA. If Owners require the Vessel to be supplied with more expensive bunkers they shall be liable for the extra cost thereof. (b) Should Charterers trade the Vessel into an Emissions Control Area ("ECA") as defined in Annex VI of the International Convention for the Prevention Of Pollution from Ships ("MARPOL"), then the Charterers shall supply (i) low sulphur fuel oil of a quality which the Vessel can use and which will satisfy the ECA requirements, (ii) a quantity sufficient for the Vessel to sail for a period of six (6) days at the Service Speed without the use of fuel gas. Owners shall provide segregated storage for this low-sulphur fuel oil. If Owners are unable to provide segregated bunker tanks, then Owners shall reimburse Charterers for the additional cost of purchasing low sulphur fuel oil which is consumed outside of an ECA zone. (c) Owners and Charterers can request the other party to provide bunker survey data to verify the quality of the bunkers on board. This request can be made at any time during the charter period or the Claim Validity Period, as provided in Clause 53 and shall be at the requestors' expense.

Grade of Bunkers. Charterers shall supply fuel as required for the vessel. If Owners require the vessel to be supplied with more expensive bunkers they shall be liable for the extra cost thereof. Charterers warrant that all bunkers provided by them in accordance herewith shall be of a quality complying with ISO Standard 8217 for Marine Residual Fuels and Marine Distillate Fuels as applicable.
Grade of Bunkers. Charterers shall supply fuel oil for the main propulsion engine having a maximum viscosity up to CST 380. The below table detailing particulars in the main propulsion engine fuel shall be closely adhered to; however, if a particulate specification(s) is exceeded, Owners shall be notified for final approval. Sensitivity ranges for the fuel specs shall be as called for by the manufacturer of the Vessel’s main engines. The fuel supplied must be a homogeneous hydrocarbon fuel of merchantable quality that conforms to standard industry & customs and practices. It must not contain any toxic, hazardous or non-petroleum contaminants and conform to the following ISO standards including Appendix B1 with AL @ 30 PPM maximum and TSE Q 0.10% wt. maximum. FUEL CHARACTERISTICS Based on ISO type IFO 380 grade RMG 35 Viscosity (cSt @50C) MIN 280 MAX 380 Sulphur (may be reduced due to EPA/IMO rules) MAX 3% Vanadium (Mg/KG) (checking) MAX 200 Vacuum gas oil not to be supplied as bunkers Bunkers not to contain waste oils or propylene fibers 1 The original agreement does not include Appendix B. NOTE: Fuel specification to strictly adhere to the following requirements: Fuels shall be in accordance with ISO 8217 International Standards – 2005 Edition. Fuels shall not include any added substances or chemical waste which would jeopardize the safety of the Vessel or adversely affect the performance of the machinery and power plant of same. Fuels shall not be harmful to personnel or contribute to additional air pollution and the exhaust from the engine must conform to EPA and IMO emission requirements Fuels should not contain used lubricating oil, fuels made from used lubricating oil or inorganic acids.
Grade of Bunkers. (a) Charterers shall supply fuel oil whose properties comply at a minimum with those set out in ISO Standard 8217:2010 for RMH380 and diesel oil as per ISO 8217:2010 DMB (with any subsequent amendments thereto) and marine gas oil as per ISO 8217:2010 DMX (with any subsequent amendments thereto). If Owners require the Vessel to be supplied with more expensive bunkers they shall be liable for the extra cost thereof. (b) Should Charterers trade the Vessel into a Emissions Control Area (“ECA”) as defined in Annex VI of MARPOL, then the Charterers shall either supply low sulphur fuel oil of a quality which the Vessel can use and which will satisfy the ECA requirements or allow forced vaporisation of cargo for fuel, sufficient for the Vessel’s need while in the restricted area, and the Owners shall provide segregated storage for the low sulphur fuel oil. If Owners are unable to provide segregated bunker tanks, then Owners shall reimburse Charterers for the additional cost of purchasing low sulphur fuel oil which is consumed outside of a ECA zone. This sub Clause 6(b) is not applicable to GasLog Singapore and GasLog Savannah; Charterers and Owners shall discuss in good faith how these two vessels can comply with this sub Clause 6(b). (c) Owners and Charterers can request the other party to provide bunker survey data to verify the quality of the bunkers on board, This request can be made at any time during the charter period or the Claim Validity Period.
Grade of Bunkers. Charterers shall supply low sulfur fuel oil with a maximum viscosity of 380 centistokes at 50 degrees centigrade(viscosity not less than 80cst) and/or marine gas oil with a maximum viscosity of 03 centistokes at 40 degrees centigrade for the auxiliaries & above [ISO 8217 2010(RMG/RMH)] VLSFO grade, [ISO 8217- 2010(DMZ/DMA)] ULSFO grade. Charterers warrant that all bunkers provided by them in accordance herewith shall be of a quality complying with ISO standard 8217 for marine residual fuels and marine distillate fuels as applicable.
Grade of Bunkers. (a) Charterer shall supply fuel oil type RNH-45, (whose properties comply RMH-45 (being as set out in ISO Specification 8217-1996) and diesel oil whose properties comply with the standard for DMA and any applicable emission requirements. If Owner requires the Vessel to be supplied with more expensive bunkers Owner shall be liable for the extra costs thereof. (b) Should Charterer trade the Vessel into a SECA, then Charterer shall supply low sulphur fuel oil of a quality which will satisfy the SECA requirements, sufficient for the Vessel’s need while in the restricted area, and Owner shall provide segregated storage for this fuel oil and ensure compliance with such regulations.
Grade of Bunkers. Company shall supply marine diesel oil whose properties comply with the standard for DMA.

Grade of Bunkers. 19.1 PREP A shall be liable to reimburse EE for the cost of fuel oil supplied to the Vessel by EE, whose properties comply with those set out in RMG380 and diesel oil/ACGFO whose properties comply with the standard for DMA XXX-X-XXX (XXX 0000-0000, or the ISO specification for marine fuel then in effect). If EE requires the Vessel to be supplied with more expensive bunkers, it shall be liable for the extra cost thereof. 19.2 Should PREP A trade the Vessel into an Emissions Control Area (ECA) as defined in Annex VI of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL), then PREP A shall be liable to reimburse EE for the cost of low sulphur fuel oil supplied to the Vessel by EE of a quality which will satisfY the ECA requirements, sufficient for the Vessel's needs while in the restricted area, and EE shall provide segregated storage for this fuel oil.
Grade of Bunkers. Charterer shall supply bunker fuel oil for main propulsion and marine gas oil for the auxiliaries meeting the specifications set out in Schedule I.
