Union Stewards (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Union stewards to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period for the purpose of dealing with Union business as provided under this Collective Agreement. (b) A Chief Xxxxxxx or designate may, in the absence of any xxxxxxx, assist in the presentation of any grievance, or with any xxxxxxx function. (c) The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of Union stewards appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. (d) It is agreed that Union stewards have their regular duties and responsibilities to perform for the Hospital and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission from their immediate supervisor. If, in the performance of his duties, a Union xxxxxxx is required to enter an area within the Hospital in which he is not originally employed, he shall report his presence to the supervisor in the area immediately upon entering it. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. When resuming his regular duties and responsibilities, such xxxxxxx shall again report to his immediate supervisor. A Union xxxxxxx shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent in performing the above duties during his regular scheduled working hours. (e) Nothing in this Article shall preclude full-time stewards from representing part-time employees and vice-versa. (f) The number of stewards and the areas which they represent, are to be determined locally.
Shareholder Internet Services The Transfer Agent shall provide internet access to the Fund’s shareholders through a designated web site (“Shareholder Internet Services”), which will be accessed by the Fund’s shareholders via a link on the Fund’s web site. The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities. The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge a fee for this service in the future.

The manufacturing of raw crystal sugar is required for any sugar manufacturer with sugarcane input capacity exceeding 8000 tons per day (ISIC 1542) Processing of plantation product industry (similar capacity or exceeding a certain capacity, according to Regulation of Minister of Agriculture Number 26 of 2007 with maximum foreign capital ownership of 95% with a special permit from Minister of Agriculture. - Fiber and Seed Cotton Industry (ISIC1514, 1711) - Crude oil industry (edible oil) from vegetable and animal, coconut oil industry, palm oil industry, rubber to be sheet, thick latex, crumb rubber industry, raw castor oil industry, sugar, sugar cane and sugar cane residue industry, black tea/green tea industry, dry tobacco leaves industry, Copra, Fiber, Coconut Charcoal, Dust, Nata de coco industry, Coffee sorting, cleaning and peeling industry, Cocoa cleaning, peeling and drying industry, cleaning and peeling seed other than coffee and cacao industry, cashew to be dry seed cashew and Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL) Industry, Peppercorn to be dry white pepper and dry black pepper industry (ISIC 1514, 2429, 1542, 1549, 1600, 2519, 1531)
Bus Drivers The provisions of this Article apply to school term bus drivers except as hereinafter modified. Bus Drivers are guaranteed a base of one thousand and ninety (1090) hours per school year. Guarantee consists of 1090 hours divided by possible working days in a school year times actual number of days worked. This excludes Saturday and Sunday and General Holiday trips. (a) Regular shift is defined as the conveyance of passengers to school in the morning and home in the afternoon. (b) Extra shift is defined as the conveyance of passengers for extra-curricular activities. (c) Shifts shall be paid at a minimum of two (2) hours and drivers' time will be uninterrupted if less than one-half (½) hour remains between shifts. (i) Drivers are entitled to one 15 minute rest period after two (2) hours of work and a second rest period after six (6) hours of work. Paid waiting times of 15 minutes or more will be construed as a paid rest period regardless of the length of time spent waiting. (d) All work after nineteen hundred (1900) hours on those days on which the regular shift has been worked shall be deemed to be overtime. After twelve (12) hours from the start of the regular shift, work will be deemed as overtime. (e) Hours of work consisting of regular and extra shifts and overtime are shared as equally as possible amongst drivers. Each driver has the opportunity to choose a percentage of the work available beyond one’s guaranteed hours, although the decision of the Employer will prevail. If no drivers are available, other transportation department staff may share the work. (f) Where School District transportation is used for extra-curricular trips on Saturdays and Sundays, the following applies instead of the overtime rates in Article 10.2: (i) Time and one-half (1 ½) regular rate for driving to and from destination. (ii) Upon arrival at destination, waiting time shall be paid at the regular rate of pay. (iii) No shift will be paid less than four (4) hours. (iv) Trips that are cancelled where the driver positions into departure point/school shall be paid at two (2) hours at one and one half (1 ½) times the regular rate. (v) All work carried out in this sub paragraph 9.5(f) shall be on a volunteer basis and shared as equally as possible. All Transportation employees may participate and shall be paid at the Bus Driver rate of pay. (vi) An exception to 9.5 (f) (i) to (iv) above will apply to bus driving on ski trips. Bus drivers who drive on ski trips shall share those hours only with other registered ski trip drivers. (g) Work carried out on General Holidays shall be paid in accordance with the current contract rates. (h) At the end of each school year a review of school bus drivers’ hours of work will be made to ensure minimum guarantee is met. Any shortages will be paid out.
Shareholder Information Services (i) Make information available to shareholder servicing unit and other remote access units regarding trade date, share price, current holdings, yields, and dividend information. (ii) Produce detailed history of transactions through duplicate or special order statements upon request. (iii) Provide mailing labels for distribution of financial reports, prospectuses, proxy statements or marketing material to current shareholders. (iv) Respond as appropriate to all inquiries and communications from shareholders relating to shareholder accounts.
Asset Representations Review Representative The Asset Representations Reviewer will designate one or more representatives who will be available to the Issuer and the Servicer during the performance of an Asset Representations Review.
Shop Stewards 15. The Union may select one xxxxxxx and/or alternate xxxxxxx in each department or bureau in which employees covered by this CBA are working. A xxxxxxx shall only deal with grievances within or related to the xxxxxxx'x department or bureau. 16. The Union shall furnish the City with an accurate list of shop stewards. The Union may submit amendments to this list at any time because of the permanent absence of a designated shop xxxxxxx. If a shop xxxxxxx is not officially designated in writing, by the Union, none will be recognized. 17. The Union and the City recognize that it is the responsibility of the shop xxxxxxx to assist in the resolution of grievances or disputes at the lowest possible level. 18. While handling grievances, discipline, or meeting with the City representatives concerning matters affecting the working conditions and status of employees covered by this CBA, not more than two shop stewards shall be allowed time off during normal working hours to perform such duties without loss of pay; provided, however, that time off for investigation shall be reasonably related to the difficulty of the grievance. No xxxxxxx shall leave the duty or work station or assignment without specific approval of the employee's department head or other authorized manager. Such release time for the shop xxxxxxx shall not be unreasonably denied. 19. If, in the judgment of the supervisor, permission cannot be granted immediately to the shop xxxxxxx to investigate or present a grievance during on duty time, such permission shall be granted by the supervisor no later than the next working day from the date the shop xxxxxxx was denied permission, unless the parties agree to an alternative time. 20. In handling grievances or disciplinary matters, the shop xxxxxxx shall have the right to: 21. Consult with the affected employee regarding the presentation of a grievance after the employee has requested the assistance or presence of the shop xxxxxxx. 22. Present to a supervisor a grievance, which has been requested by an employee or group of employees, for resolution or adjustment. 23. Investigate any such grievance so that such grievance can be properly discussed with the supervisor or the designated representative. 24. Attend meetings with supervisors or other city representatives when such meetings are necessary to adjust grievances or represent employees in disciplinary matters. In scheduling meetings, due consideration shall be given to the operating needs and work schedules of the department, division, or section in which the employees are employed. Release time for the shop xxxxxxx shall not be unreasonably denied. 25. In emergency situations, where immediate disciplinary action may be taken because of violation of law or a City or departmental rule (theft, etc.), the shop xxxxxxx shall, if possible, be granted immediate permission to leave his/her post of duty to assist the employee. 26. Shop stewards shall not interfere with the work of any employee. 27. Pursuant to the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act and Employee Relations Ordinance, a reasonable number of stewards or other designated employees may attend during working hours with no loss of pay, meetings scheduled with representatives of the Appointing Officer for the purpose of meeting and conferring on terms and conditions of employment, and may participate in the discussions, deliberations and decisions at such meeting. 28. Stewards shall receive timely notice of departmental orientation sessions, and shall be permitted to make appearances at departmental orientation sessions, in order to distribute Union materials and to discuss employee rights and obligations under this CBA. The Union and a department or bureau may agree to other arrangements for contact between stewards and new employees.
Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.
Company is a Well-Known Seasoned Issuer (i) At the time of filing the Registration Statement, (ii) at the time of the most recent amendment thereto for the purposes of complying with Section 10(a)(3) of the Securities Act (whether such amendment was by post-effective amendment, incorporated report filed pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act or form of prospectus), (iii) at the time the Company or any person acting on its behalf (within the meaning, for this clause only, of Rule 163(c) of the Securities Act) made any offer relating to the Notes in reliance on the exemption of Rule 163 of the Securities Act, and (iv) as of the Execution Time, the Company was and is a “well known seasoned issuer” as defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act. The Registration Statement is an “automatic shelf registration statement,” as defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act, that automatically became effective not more than three years prior to the Execution Time; the Company has not received from the Commission any notice pursuant to Rule 401(g)(2) of the Securities Act objecting to use of the automatic shelf registration statement form and the Company has not otherwise ceased to be eligible to use the automatic shelf registration form.
