Business Area C – Agricultural Performance.  To contribute to enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of the farming sector so that it is able to rise to the challenges and opportunities of the future, helping to ensure a secure, environmentally sustainable and healthy supply of food.  To support work informing the reform of the CAP so that it delivers good value for taxpayers and consumers and promotes a viable, competitive and resilient farming sector which is responsive to market signals, sensitive to the environment and better able to compete in global markets.  To support the agriculture sector to ensure that market failures are recognised and addressed appropriately and that any barriers to improved competitiveness and resilience are understood and tackled as necessary so that the sector is not impeded in acquiring the resources and skills that it needs to compete effectively.  To contribute to a greater understanding of the links between the economic and environmental performance at the farm level and the scope for exploiting any synergies and reducing any tensions between the two.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE Agencies shall report any vendor failure to perform according to the requirements of this contract on Complaint to Vendor, form PUR 7017. Should the vendor fail to correct the problem within a prescribed period of time, then form PUR 7029, Request for Assistance, is to be filed with this office.

  • Environmental Health and Safety Performance Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to maintain an environment, health and safety management system ("EMS") appropriate for its business throughout the performance of this Contract. Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS will promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies. Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver Goods that contain any asbestos mineral fibers.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.

  • Rating of Overall Educator Performance The Educator’s overall performance rating is based on the Evaluator’s professional judgment and examination of evidence of the Educator’s performance against the four Performance Standards and the Educator’s attainment of goals set forth in the Educator Plan, as follows:

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.

  • OUTCOME IF GRANTEE CANNOT COMPLETE REQUIRED PERFORMANCE Unless otherwise specified in this Statement of Work, if Grantee cannot complete or otherwise comply with a requirement included in this Statement of Work, HHSC, at its sole discretion, may impose remedies or sanctions outlined under Contract Attachment C, Local Mental Health Authority Special Conditions, Section 7.09 (Remedies and Sanctions).

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
