Environmental Performance definition

Environmental Performance means all or any of the following: the consumption of energy and associated generation of greenhouse gas emissions; the consumption of water; waste generation and management; and any other environmental impact arising from the use or operation of the Premises or the Estate;
Environmental Performance means the performance of a certain product or product group or trader or sector related to the environmental aspects or environmental impacts of that product or product group or the activities of that trader or sector;
Environmental Performance means the measurable results of an organisation's management of its environmental aspects;

Examples of Environmental Performance in a sentence

  • The Landlord [may][must] provide an environmental forum (the “Forum”) that will meet on a regular basis to: consider the adequacy and improvement of data sharing on energy and water use, waste production and recycling; review the Environmental Performance of the Premises; and agree targets and strategies to improve the Environmental Performance of the Premises.

  • The Tenant will take into consideration any impact on the Environmental Performance of the Premises from any proposed works to or at the Premises.

  • They will use that data only for the purpose of: monitoring and improving the Environmental Performance of the Premises; and measuring the Environmental Performance of the Premises against any agreed targets.

  • The Landlord and the Tenant will share the Environmental Performance data they hold relating to the Premises.

  • Auditing the Environmental Performance of the Building and, where reasonable and cost-effective to do so, implementing the recommendations of any environmental management plan the Landlord has for the Building from time to time.


More Definitions of Environmental Performance

Environmental Performance means the effects, whether regulated under chs.280 to 295 or unregulated, of a facility on air, water, land, natural resources and human health.
