Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan. a) The Licensee shall submit to the Licensor a Business Continuity and Recovery Plan which contains information intended to guide the Licensee during natural and manmade disasters that may impact the Licensee’s ability to conduct normal operations. The Plan shall include the processes and procedures the Licensee must implement to ensure that critical functions can continue during and after the disaster, including but not limited to data access protection and controls, emergency contact details and secondary disaster recovery sites.
