The Contractor shall at all times perform this Contract in a lawful manner consistent with the highest ethical standards and principles, including strict adherence to Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics. The Contractor shall not at any time enter into any arrangement with personnel, officers or agents of the Corporation without the Corporation’s prior written approval.
