Common use of BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES COMMITTEE. The Parties shall create, within thirty (30) days of the execution of the Agreement, a committee for business opportunity matters Business Opportunities Committee The charter of the Business Opportunities Committee is attached as Appendix 15. AEM and KIA agree to provide all information requested by the Business Opportunities Committee to allow it to fulfill its role and responsibilities in order to implement this Schedule.
