Common use of Business outsourcing Clause in Contracts

Business outsourcing. 持卡人同意貴行之交易帳款收付業務、處理業務或其他與本契約有關之附隨業務(如：客戶資料輸入，資訊系統之資料登錄、處理及輸出，應收帳款催收及法律程序之進行，系統資訊之開發、監控及維護，表單列印、裝封及交付郵寄，表單、憑單等資料保存，卡片製作及送達，行銷推廣等【含符合特定目的之相關個人資料蒐集、處理、國際傳輸及利用】)，於必要時得依主管機關規定或經主管機關核准，委託適當之第三人或與各信用卡組織之會員機構合作辦理。持卡人並同意貴行將其個人資料提供予該第三人，該第三人於處理及利用持卡人個人資料時，仍應依法令規定並保守秘密。 The cardholder agrees that the Bank may outsource transaction processing and other operations relevant to this agreement (e.g.: customer data entry; data uploading, processing and exporting; account receivables collection and legal proceedings; information system development, monitoring and maintenance; statement printing, binding and delivery; document filing; card production and delivery; marketing; and any [justified gathering, processing, cross-border transmission and use of personal information]) to suitable third parties or members of various credit card organizations if deemed necessary, subject to the governance or approval of the authority. The cardholder further agrees for the Bank to provide personal information to the abovementioned third parties. These third parties are also bound to comply with laws and maintain secrecy when processing or making use of the cardholder's personal information. 第 26 條 應付費用處理
