Common use of Business Reputation Clause in Contracts

Business Reputation. To promote both the products, and the tremendous opportunity Kyäni offers, Business Partners must use the sales aids and support materials produced by Xxxxx. In the alternative, Business Partner may develop their own sales aids and support materials if the Business Partner obtains written approval and authorization from Kyäni in order to comply with the vast and complex legal requirements of national and local laws. Violation of this policy (including unauthorized Internet advertising) not only constitutes a material breach of the Agreement, but it endangers the Kyäni opportunity for all Business Partners.
