Business Reputation. Executive agrees that during the Employment Term and at all times thereafter, he shall refrain from making or publishing any adverse, untrue or misleading statement which has, or may reasonably be anticipated to have, the effect of demeaning the name or business reputation of the Company or the Bank, except to the extent true and required by law or legal process.
