Common use of Business Travel, Lodging Clause in Contracts

Business Travel, Lodging. Except with respect to Executive’s commuting expenses to and from the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area as described in Section 2(c) of this Agreement, the Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by her in connection with the performance of her duties and responsibilities hereunder upon submission of related receipts or other evidence of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense consistent with the terms and conditions of the Company’s travel policy in effect at any time.
