Common use of Buyer Information Clause in Contracts

Buyer Information. The information relating to the Buyer and its subsidiaries to be contained or incorporated by reference in the Buyer Registration Statement and the Proxy Statement, as described in Section 5.04 hereof, and any other documents filed with the SEC or any regulatory agency in connection herewith, to the extent such information is provided in writing by the Buyer, will not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make such information not misleading.

Buyer Information.
