Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. At or before the Closing, Buyer shall deliver or cause to be delivered in escrow to the Title Company the following:
(i) a duly executed Assignment of Leases;
(ii) a duly executed Assignment of Contracts; and
(iii) the Cash.
Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. At least one (1) business day prior to the Closing Date, Buyer shall deposit or cause to be deposited with Escrow Holder the following, each duly executed and acknowledged, by Xxxxx as appropriate (“Buyer’s Delivered Items”):

Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. At least two (2) business days prior to the Closing Date, Buyer shall deposit or cause to be deposited with Escrow Holder the following, each duly executed and acknowledged, by Buyer as appropriate:
(a) The Purchase Money Note and the Purchase Money Deed of Trust. The Purchase Money Note duly executed, the Purchase Money Deed of Trust duly executed and acknowledged and additional funds necessary to pay Buyer’s Charges set forth in Section 11(b) herein. Seller qualifies for an exemption from California withholding tax under Section 18662 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code, as will be evidenced by the delivery at Closing of the California Exemption Certificate duly executed by Seller.
Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. On or prior to the Closing Date, Buyer shall deliver or cause the following items to be delivered to Escrow Holder: Funds. The Purchase Price, less the amount of the Deposit, together with such other sums as Escrow Holder shall require to pay Buyer’s share of the closing costs, prorations, reimbursements and adjustments as set forth in Article 9, in immediately available funds.
Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. At or before the Closing, Buyer shall deliver or cause to be delivered in escrow to the Title Company the following:
(i) a duly executed Assignment of Leases for each Property;
(ii) a duly executed Assignment of Contracts for each Property;
(iii) any documents reasonably necessary to permit Exchangors to facilitate a 1031 exchange of their Properties, subject to the limitations on Buyer's obligations in connection therewith as set forth in Section 15(t) below;
(iv) loan assumption documentation relating to the Assumed Loans to be executed by Buyer; and
(v) the Cash.
Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. (a) Buyer's Delivered Items. At least one (1) business day prior to ----------------------- the Closing Date, Buyer shall deposit or cause to be deposited with Escrow Holder the following ("Buyer's Delivered Items"):

(i) a duly executed Assignment of Lease;
(ii) a duly executed Assignment and Assumption of Warranties and other General Intangibles;
(iii) a duly executed SCID 3601, pursuant to Section 00-00-000 S.C. Code of Laws 1976, as amended, and a duly executed Notice of Availability of Title Insurance, in the form provided by the Closing Attorney;
(iv) a settlement statement approved and signed on behalf of Buyer; and
(v) the Cash.
Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. At or before the Closing, Buyer shall deliver or cause to be delivered in escrow to the Title Company the following:
(i) a duly executed Assignment of Leases;
(ii) a duly executed Assignment of Contracts;
(iii) the Carryback Note, duly executed by Buyer;
(iv) the Carryback Deed of Trust, duly executed and acknowledged by Buyer;
(v) the original Letter of Credit, conforming in all respects with the Letter of Credit Requirements; and
(vi) the Cash.
Buyer’s Deliveries to Escrow. Buyer shall deliver to Escrow Agent prior to the Closing Date, the following:
9.1 CASH. Cash pursuant to Article 2.1 [Purchase Price] and Article
2.2 [Reimbursement], and such sums as are necessary to pay Buyer's Escrow and other charges pursuant to Article 12 [Proration, Fees and Costs].
