By-passed Crop a. The Licensed Processor shall notify AFSC of any By-passed Crop, and the Insured’s acreage of the By-passed Crop. The by-pass committee consisting of AFSC, the Licensed Processor, Alberta Vegetable Growers (Processing), and the Insured will conduct a joint field inspection to verify the by-passed acres. Once all acres of each Insured Crop have been harvested, AFSC will calculate the Percentage of Acreage By-passed.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Withdrawal of Licensed Materials The Publisher reserves the right to withdraw from the Licensed Materials any item or part of an item for which it no longer retains the right to publish, or which it has reasonable grounds to believe infringes copyright or is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will give prior written notice of the withdrawal to the Licensee and the Participating Institutions as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than thirty (30) days in advance of such withdrawal, specifying the item or items to be withdrawn.

  • Test Samples The Contractor is responsible for providing Samples of sufficient size for test purposes and for coordinating such tests with the Work Progress Schedule to avoid delay.

  • OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components is available upon request.   • USE OF RECYCLED OR REMANUFACTURED MATERIALS New York State supports and encourages contractors to use recycled, remanufactured or recovered materials in the manufacture of products and packaging to the maximum extent practicable without jeopardizing the performance or intended end use of the product or packaging unless such use is precluded due to health or safety requirements or product specifications contained herein. Refurbished or remanufactured components or products are required to be restored to original performance and regulatory standards and functions and are required to meet all other requirements of this bid solicitation. Warranties on refurbished or remanufactured components or products must be identical to the manufacturer's new equipment warranty or industry's normal warranty when remanufacturer does not offer new equipment. See "Remanufactured, Recycled, Recyclable or Recovered Materials" in Appendix B, OGS General Specifications.
