Field Inspection. On completion of construction, Landlord and Tenant shall conduct an inspection of the improvements to identify whether there are any incomplete items or other deficiencies. A punch list of such deficiencies shall be prepared. Tenant shall make all corrections within no more than fifteen (15) days thereafter.
Field Inspection. Execution of the Agreement by Contractor is a representation to HFC that Contractor has visited the Facilities, inspected the Units, become familiar with the conditions under which the Services are to be performed, and correlated personal observations with the requirements of the Agreement.

After the applicable Closing Date, CCIC shall, or may cause its agent to, collect data relating to the Existing Sites, sufficient to confirm that such Existing Sites have been adequately described and EXHIBITS B, C and D for all Site Designation Supplements relating to such Existing Sites have been properly prepared. CCIC shall pay all the fees and expenses of any such agent. BSPCI shall cooperate with CCIC to coordinate any such field inspection. CCIC shall notify BSPCI of the results of any such field inspection, promptly after receiving the results thereof. The Transferring Entities may also collect similar data relating to the Existing Sites. CCIC shall, or shall cause such agent to, make such changes in its documentation as may be requested by the applicable Transferring Entity to effect any correction, whether before or after the applicable Closing. Such obligation shall survive the applicable Closing until six (6) months after the Final Closing. The parties agree that, as between the parties, the description of Existing Sites shall be sufficient to adequately describe the Transferred Interests, and agree to effect changes and corrections requested by a party consistent with that objective. In addition, where any discrepancy in EXHIBITS B, C or D requires verification in the field, including without limitation verification as to the number of antennas, height of antennas, location of antennas or location of antenna mounting hardware, the parties shall provide adequate resources and personnel to resolve such discrepancy within thirty (30) days after the applicable Closing.

Independent Testing, Inspection and Survey Services: The City will employ, or cause the Consultant to employ, independent firms for the material testing, specialty inspection, survey, or other services related to verifying the quality of the Consultant's work. Engineer will review the reports and other information prepared by the independent firms that are provided by the Construction Manager or the City to Consultant. Review of Work: Engineer will not make on-site daily observations. City and Construction Manager will supervise a team of field inspection staff (who are not employed by Engineer), who will prepare written reports, diaries or other records of their observations. City's inspection staff (not Engineer) will arrange for weekly photographs of the work in progress by the Consultant, which will be made available to the City in EADOC. Engineer's observation of the work is not an exhaustive observation or inspection of all work performed by the Consultant. Engineer does not guarantee the performance of the Consultant. Engineer's observations shall not relieve the Consultant from responsibility for performing the work in accordance with the contract for construction, and Engineer shall not assume liability in any respect for the construction of the project. Engineer shall, with the assistance of the City, obtain written plans from the Consultant for quality control of its work, and will monitor the Consultant's compliance with its plan. Deficient and Non-conforming Work: Should Engineer discover or believe that any work by the Consultant is not in accordance with the contract for construction, or is otherwise defective, or not conforming to requirements of the contract or applicable rules and regulations, Engineer will bring this to the attention of the City. City will thereupon monitor the Consultant's corrective actions and shall determine the acceptability of the corrective actions. Engineer will support City in this task. Field Inspection. OWNER has the right to inspect, either through its personnel or International Independent Inspection Agency, all field works provided , however, that in exercising its rights the OWNER shall not cause undue delay or inconvenience to the CONTRACTOR in the execution of the WORKS. Inspection by the OWNER shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR from any of his responsibility regarding the good execution of the WORKS. OWNER shall be given notice of any tests to be made in the field in order that OWNER may witness any such tests and checks that the procedure and the verification are in accordance with applied standards. OWNER failure to inspect any work or to object thereto at the time of the inspection shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR of any of his responsibilities. The OWNER inspectors will have the right to require CONTRACTOR to execute additional tests in respect to those already foreseen, provided these tests are within the limits established by the applicable code and standard. Costs of such tests are to be borne by the OWNER.
Field Inspection. Perform a single mobilization to the site to perform a field inspection of the proposed project footprint by historians to document any above-ground structures within the Area of Potential Effects (APE). Biologists shall also document other potential environmental resources, including any streams, wetlands, recreational facilities, potential hazardous materials, etc. Delineate the thalweg of the channel for up to 15 streams or roadside ditches. Each stream shall be categorized as perennial, intermittent or ephemeral, and the average width and depth of the OHWM shall be measured and documented. Additionally, habitat potential quality shall be assessed using either the Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index (QHEI) or the Headwater Habitat Evaluation Index (HHEI) systems. The jurisdictional status of roadside ditches shall be assessed based on the presence of bed and bank and OHWM features and their connectivity to other streams and/or wetlands. Historic aerials and NRCS mapping shall be utilized to ascertain if a roadside ditch was likely the result of a captured channel. Wetland identifications and delineations shall be conducted in accordance with the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual (1987) and the Regional Supplement to the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Midwest Region Version 2.0 (2010) for up to 15 wetlands. For each wetland identified and delineated, at least one pair of data points (wet and non-wet) shall be sampled to document the vegetation, soil and hydrology conditions using the USACE Midwest Region Wetland Determination Data Form. Any potential wetland areas that do not meet one or more of the wetland criteria shall also be documented with a data point.
