By Slip Proof NZ. (a) May occur at any time before the Products are dispatched by giving written notice; and (b) Slip Proof NZ will repay to the Customer any money paid by the Customer for the Products or Services, less any amounts owing to Slip Proof NZ for any Products purchased on the Customer’s behalf where credits or refunds cannot be obtained from Slip Proof NZ’s third- party suppliers; and (c) Slip Proof NZ shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.
