By the Cooperative. The Cooperative may terminate this Agreement by:
(1) Giving ten (10) days notice by certified mail to the Cooperative Member if the Cooperative Member breaches this Agreement; or
(2) Giving thirty (30) days notice by certified mail to the Cooperative Member with or without cause.
By the Cooperative. If the Generating Facility fails to operate for any consecutive 12-month period or the Member fails to remedy a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By the Cooperative. During his residency, the Cooperative shall provide the Member and pay for all necessary repairs, maintenance and replacements, except as specified in paragraph A of this Article. The officers and employees of the Cooperative shall have the right to enter the dwelling unit of the Member in order to effect necessary repairs, maintenance, and replacement, and to authorize entrance for such purposes by others at any reasonable hour of the day and at any time in the event of emergency.
