by theft. All the provisions of this clause 5.17 shall apply and be fully operative notwithstanding that any loss, damage, injury or loss of life hereinbefore referred to may occur or be sustained in consequence of anything done or omitted by the LANDLORD or any of its employees, directors, agents or independent contractors, whether negligently or otherwise and notwithstanding that the LANDLORD may have been in breach of any of its obligations hereunder. The TENANT, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, shall not, under any circumstances, have any claim for any loss of profit or other special damages or any indirect or consequential damages of any nature which the TENANT may suffer as a result of any breach by the LANDLORD of any of its obligations to the TENANT.
