Fire Equipment. During closed fire season, PURCHASER shall provide an engine with at least a 1,000-gallon capacity, 1,500 feet of fire hose, one gated wye valve, and two adjustable nozzles, in constant readiness in the timber sale area. The engine must be self-filling and be able to travel fully loaded, under its own power, on all truck roads providing access to or within the timber sale area. Such equipment shall be credited toward the requirements of OAR 629-043-0020 for water supply, hose, and nozzle, subject to STATE approval.
Fire Equipment. During Fire Season, PURCHASER shall provide an engine with at least a 300- gallon capacity, 500 feet of fire hose, one gated wye valve, and two adjustable nozzles in constant readiness in the Timber Sale Area. The engine must be self-filling and be able to travel fully loaded, under its own power, on all truck roads providing access to or within the Timber Sale Area. Such equipment shall be credited toward the requirements of OAR 629-043-0020 for water supply, hose, and nozzle, subject to STATE approval. PURCHASER shall comply with all other Fire Season requirements as established by the ODF District in which the Timber Sale Area is located.
Fire Equipment. Fire equipment that is not in working order jeopardises the safety of all residents and as such management regularly checks all fire equipment including fire extinguishers and hoses, smoke detectors, exit signs and evacuation maps. It is against the law to tamper with fire equipment, including removing or covering exit signs, damaging exit signs, altering the function of door closers, disabling or covering smoke detectors, discharging fire extinguishers for any purpose other than putting out a fire and doing anything that may compromise the proper functioning of fire equipment. Violators will be subject to any fines imposed by a relevant authority or agency, possible criminal penalties and an administration fee. A breach of this Rule in any way by a resident will be considered as serious misconduct and may result in termination of the resident’s Residential Tenancy Agreement.
Fire Equipment. Tenant agrees to supply and maintain at its own expense any fire extinguishers, or other fire prevention equipment, including, without limitation, sprinkler or fire suppression systems, required by law, rules, orders, ordinances, and regulations of any city, county, or state in which the Premises are located and/or required by any insurance carrier, underwriters association, bureau, or any other similar body having jurisdiction involving the Premises. Additionally, Tenant agrees to comply, at its own expense, with all recommendations of any such authority.
Fire Equipment. 5.6.1 shall maintain and service all fire prevention (including alarms and sprinkler) systems and fire-fighting equipment on the premises and ensure full compliance at all times with any and all regulations, by-laws and/or other legislation relating thereto, including the supply, installation and maintenance of any additional fire equipment which may from time to time be required.
5.7.1. shall keep and maintain all doors, plate glass, beading surrounds and fences (whether interior or exterior) in the LEASED PREMISES in good order and condition and replace, at its own cost, any of the same which are damaged or broken;
5.7.2. shall not drive any object into the walls or ceilings or floors of any part of the LEASED PREMISES;
5.7.3. shall not do anything which damages the walls or ceilings or floor of any part of the LEASED PREMISES;
5.7.4. shall care for and maintain any carpets provided in the LEASED PREMISES. Should the said carpets be damaged from any cause whatsoever, the TENANT shall make good such damage and, should it not do so, the LANDLORD shall be entitled to repair the damage and recover the cost of such repairs from the TENANT, which cost the TENANT shall pay to the LANDLORD upon demand. The LANDLORD shall not be obliged under any circumstances to replace any carpets in the LEASED PREMISES. Should the TENANT wish to install new or replace existing carpeting, the written consent of the LANDLORD shall first be obtained, and on termination of this lease the TENANT shall not be entitled to re-imbursement in respect of any carpets, which carpets become the sole and absolute property of the LANDLORD.
Fire Equipment. All fire equipment, inclusive of extinguishers, hose cabinets or covers and communication devices, shall be dusted.
Fire Equipment. All tenants or lessees shall supply and maintain such adequate and readily accessible fire extinguishers as may be required by the County or City Fire Department.
Fire Equipment. Each Commercial Airport Operator shall supply and maintain such adequate and readily accessible fire extinguishers and equipment as may be required by law and/or the City's fire department.
Fire Equipment. Fire blankets and/or extinguishers are located in all kitchens. These are to be used for small fires only such as stove top fires where oil has ignited. Used fire blankets/extinguishers must be returned to the Village administration office for immediate replacement. Fire equipment that is not in working order jeopardises the safety of all residents and as such Village Management, Village Staff and Village Security will regularly be checking all fire equipment including fire extinguishers and hoses, fire alarm boxes, smoke detectors, exit signs and evacuation maps. It is against the law to tamper with fire equipment including removing or covering exit signs, damaging exit signs, altering the function of door closers, disabling or covering smoke detectors, discharging fire extinguishers for any purpose other than putting out a fire and doing anything that may compromise the proper functioning of fire equipment. Residents may be subject to possible criminal penalties and disciplinary action which may include termination of a resident's Licence or Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Residents may also be liable for any additional costs. Any fire equipment repair or replacement or related damage that results from resident misconduct may be charged to the resident(s) responsible.
Fire Equipment. The Landlord will ensure that there is fire equipment (fire extinguishers; fire hoses; fire escape doors; smoke detectors; etc.) present on the premises that meet the OHS Act Fire Requirements and will ensure that these are maintained and serviced regularly. Pests and Vermin The Building/Premises must be free from pests and vermin and the Landlord will have the building fumigated by a specialist as and when required. The Tenant shall provide reasonable access to such appointed pest control contractor. Potable Water The Landlord will ensure that the Tenant has access to clean potable water for drinking and washing purposes. Safe Parking The Landlord will ensure that there is safe parking available for the Tenant’s employees & clients Security The Landlord shall provide adequate security arrangements at the main access point to the land on which the Leased Premises is situated. The Tenant and its employees shall be obliged to accept and comply with all security arrangements as may be provided by the Landlord. First Aid The Tenant will ensure that there is a trained first aider employed at the premises and shall ensure that the necessary First Aid kit & equipment is kept on the premises.
