Common use of CAAS Clause in Contracts

CAAS. 2.1. In consideration of and conditional upon the payment of the full payment of the CaaS Fee to Us (on the terms set out in the relevant Statement of Work) We grant You a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sub-licences, to use the CaaS. Such right shall commence on the provision of the CaaS and shall continue for the Licence Term. 2.2. We will supply the CaaS in accordance with the CaaS Content Maintenance Statement.
