Common use of Cable Equipment Return Fee Clause in Contracts

Cable Equipment Return Fee. Landlord is not responsible for any cable equipment remaining in the Premises after the expiration of the Lease Term. If Landlord finds abandoned equipment in the Premises then a Cable Equipment Return Fee of One-Hundred ($100.00) Dollars will be charged to return the equipment to the cable company. In no event shall Landlord be held responsible for Tenant’s failure to return the equipment nor for the condition of the returned equipment; however, Tenant will only be charged the aforementioned fee if Landlord returns the equipment to the cable company. To avoid this fee, Tenants should make arrangements to return the cable equipment themselves.
