Common use of Calculating Annual Energy Limit Clause in Contracts

Calculating Annual Energy Limit. To calculate the Voluntary Agreement limit for a given CSTB, take the sum of the base functionality limit and all applicable additional functionalities limits (note that there may not be any additional functionality in devices such as standard cable or satellite CSTBs). This sum is the calculated annual kWh limit, or Total Energy Consumption (TEC) value. This sum equals the maximum amount of energy the box can use in a given year as calculated following the measurement procedure described in this Annex E. Annual Energy Limit = Base Functionality Limit + Additional Functionalities Limit
