Calculation of MMBtu Quantities. The quantity of MMBTU delivered shall be calculated by SABINE and verified by Customer. Either Party may, at its own expense, require the measurements and calculations and/or their verification by an independent surveyor, mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Consent to an independent surveyor proposed by a Party shall not be unreasonably withheld by the other Party.

  • Rounding of Calculations; Minimum Adjustments All calculations under this Section 13 shall be made to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of a cent or to the nearest one- hundredth (1/100th) of a share, as the case may be.
