California Art Preservation Act. 6.11.1.13. U. S. Copyright Act 6.11.1.14. U. S. Visual Artists Rights Act 6.11.2. Contractor shall comply with all applicable mitigation measures, if any, adopted by any public agency with respect to this Project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code section 21000 et seq.) 6.11.3. If Contractor performs any Work that it knew, or through exercise of reasonable care should have known, to be contrary to any applicable laws, ordinance, rules, or regulations, Contractor shall bear all costs arising therefrom. 6.11.4. Where Specifications or Drawings state that materials, processes, or procedures must be approved by the DSA, State Fire Xxxxxxxx, or other body or agency, Contractor shall be responsible for satisfying requirements of such bodies or agencies.
