CALIFORNIA CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS. Subrecipient shall ensure compliance with the requirements of California Public Contract Code § 2010 by submitting a completed California Civil Rights Laws Certification, prior to execution of this Contract. The California Civil Rights Laws Certification ensures Subrecipient compliance with the Xxxxx Civil Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 51) and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Cal. Gov. Code § 12960), and ensures that Subrecipient internal policies are not used in violation of California Civil Rights Laws.
