Human Rights Act. Any claim by an employee or the Union pertaining to a violation of the Human Rights Act or the Employment Standards Act, may be the subject of a grievance which shall be processed in accordance with the Grievance Procedure.
Human Rights Act. The School shall comply with the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Chapter 363A, which prohibits unfair discriminatory practices in employment, public accommodations, public services, or education; and comply with Minnesota Statutes section 121A.04, which governs provisions of equal opportunities for members of both sexes to participate in athletic programs.
Human Rights Act. (a) The parties hereto subscribe to the principles of the Human Rights Act of British Columbia. (b) The parties will meet and review methods of extending knowledge of the Human Rights Act within the Public Service and for extending knowledge relating to the Human Rights Act to all employees.
