Education Code Contractor has taken at least one of the following actions with respect to the Project (check all that apply): _ The Contractor has complied with the fingerprinting requirements of Education Code section 45125.1 with respect to all Contractor's employees and all of its subcontractors’ employees who may have contact with District pupils in the course of providing services pursuant to the Contract, and the California Department of Justice has determined that none of those employees has been convicted of a felony, as that term is defined in Education Code section 45122.1. A complete and accurate list of Contractor's employees and of all of its subcontractors' employees who may come in contact with District pupils during the course and scope of the Contract is attached hereto; and/or _ Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.2, Contractor has installed or will install, prior to commencement of work , a physical barrier at the Project site, that will limit contact between Contractor's employees and District pupils at all times; and/or _ Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.2, Contractor certifies that all employees will be under the continual supervision of, and monitored by, an employee of the Contractor who the California Department of Justice has ascertained has not been convicted of a violent or serious felony. California Labor Code Compliance a. Prevailing Wage laws apply, Subrecipient hereby agrees to pay, or cause its subcontractors to pay, Prevailing Wage rates at all times for all construction, improvements, or modifications to be completed for County under this Contract. Subrecipient herein agrees that Subrecipient shall post, or cause to be posted, a copy of the most current, applicable Prevailing Wage rates at the site where the construction, improvements, or modifications are performed.
SECTION 109 OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under this title. Section 109 further provides that discrimination on the basis of age under the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 or with respect to an otherwise qualified handicapped individual as provided in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, is prohibited.

SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.
General Xxxxxxx 9B.01 When a general xxxxxxx is appointed by the employer and/or as required by the collective agreement, they will be paid a minimum premium of fifteen percent (15%) of base rate and holiday and vacation allowance.

California Minimum Wage i. Subrecipient must follow the California enacted legislation signed by the Governor of California, raising the minimum wage for all industries (MW-2007). (AB 1835, CH230, Stats of 2006, adding sections 1182.12 and 1182.13 to the California Labor Code.) Pursuant to its authority under Labor Code section 1182.13, the Department of Industrial Relations amends and republishes Sections, 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the General Minimum Wage Order. MW- 2001, Section 4, Separability, has not been changed. Consistent with this enactment, amendments are made to the minimum wage, and the meals and lodging credits sections of all of the IWC’s industry and occupation orders. This summary must be made available to employees in accordance with the IWC’s wage orders. Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.
