Common use of Call Back Overtime Clause in Contracts

Call Back Overtime. 1. Unit employees covered by this agreement who are called back to duty after they have completed their normal work schedule and are not on standby and have left work or are on their day off shall receive overtime compensation for all hours worked during such assignment. 2. The unit employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours pay for the above category of overtime, regardless of the actual number of overtime hours worked.
