Overtime Compensation Rate. Overtime compensation rates are paid based on a 7 day work week beginning on day one of mobilization. Compensation rates are paid at time and a half of the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day for the first 5 days and full time and one half for all hours worked during the remainder of the work week. Compensation includes travel time.
Overtime Compensation Rate. Except as otherwise noted in Section 8.2 above, all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one day or in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week shall be paid for at the overtime rate which shall be one and one-half (1.5) times the regular straight time hourly rate of pay. This Agreement is automatically incorporated by reference into any Resource Order that is issued under it, constituting a binding obligation. Overtime Compensation Rate. A. 27-Day Work Period
Overtime Compensation Rate a. An employee shall be paid at a rate of no less than time-and-one-half for any hours worked beyond the forty (40)-hour regular workweek.
b. Work performed on a Saturday (if outside the employee’s regular work week and beyond forty (40) hours) shall be paid at time-and-one-half.
c. Work performed on Sunday shall be paid at double time.
d. Work performed on a paid legal holiday, as defined in this Agreement, shall be paid double time.
e. Employees called back to work after their shift has ended shall receive a minimum of two hours pay at the appropriate rate as stated above. Such calculation shall begin upon the employee’s leaving home and end upon the employee’s return home.
Overtime Compensation Rate. Overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular hourly rate shall be paid for all hours worked;
(a) In excess of forty (40) hours in any workweek.

Employees subject to the provisions of the Fair Labor 23 Standards Act who are required or suffered to work overtime 24 shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Section 25 above, unless the employee chooses that, in lieu of paid 26 overtime, they shall be compensated with compensatory time 27 off.
29 b. Compensatory time shall be earned at the rate of time and one- 30 half.
32 c. Employees shall not accumulate a balance of compensatory 33 time earned in excess of 240 hours, calculated at the rate of time 34 and one-half. Employees shall not accrue more compensatory 35 time until their accrued hours drop below 240 and any new 36 overtime worked shall be paid in cash. Overtime accrued shall 37 not be subject to forfeiture.
39 d. Employees shall be allowed to take accrued compensatory time 40 upon request to their supervisor. Requests for use of accrued 41 compensatory time off shall not be unreasonably denied.
