CALL BACK STIPULATION. A. The call back provision shall be applicable only in the case where an employee has both punched out and actually left City premises without knowing of the need for the work involved. B. The call back provision shall be applicable in the case where an employee who is on the City's premises before their regular starting time without as yet having punched in for that shift, is assigned work by Management to be done before their regular starting time. C. Call back pay shall start one-half (½) hour prior to the time the employee reports for duty.
