Call Backs. 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee:
(i) is called back to work after completing the day’s work or duty, and having left the place of employment; or
(ii) is called back before the normal time of starting work and does not continue working until such normal starting time; Call-back is to be paid at the appropriate overtime rate (clauses 8.2.2 (c) and (d)) for a minimum of three hours, or for actual working and travelling time, whichever is the greater, except that call-backs commencing and finishing within the minimum period covered by an earlier call-back shall not be paid for. Where a call-back commences before and continues beyond the end of a minimum period for a previous call-back, payment shall be made as if the employee had worked continuously from the beginning of the previous call-back, to the end of the later call-back.
Call Backs. Employees called back to work after the completion of their daily shift shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay for the callback.
Call Backs. Employees who are called back to the job after the end of their 29 workdays shall be compensated at time and one-half for a minimum of two (2) 30 hours. The work site supervisor shall keep a list of employees willing to work 31 overtime and contact these individuals first prior to contacting other employees. 32 This section does not apply to an extended workday.

Call Backs. 10.1 A call back only occurs where an employee who is on call is required to return to work. A call back does not include the situation where an employee who is not on call is asked to work and can choose to accept or decline the additional work.
Call Backs. A Unit Member called to work after leaving campus shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of work at the appropriate rate.
Call Backs. A. On written notice from Owner within 30 Calendar Days after Substantial Completion (the call-back period), Contractor shall promptly repair or replace any portion of the Work which becomes Defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Where a call-back commences before and continues beyond the end of a minimum period for a previous call-back, payment shall be made as if the employee had worked continuously from the beginning of the previous call-back, to the end of the later call-back.
9.2 Where an employee is called back to duty outside his/her normal hours of work, the employee shall either be provided with transport or they shall be reimbursed with accordance with clause 25.2.
Call Backs. Any employee who has completed their regularly scheduled assignment, and has left the Branch for the day and is called back to work outside his/her regularly scheduled hours, shall be paid a minimum of 3 hours pay at time and a half (1 1/2). The hours worked on the call back shall not be included in the accumulated hours of work for that week and shall not apply against the weekly guarantee of hours.
Call Backs. 27.01 When an Employee is called back to work after completing a shift, the Employee will be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the overtime rate or be granted time off in lieu of overtime. If an Employee receives a second call to work within the foregoing three (3) hour period, the Employee will not receive any additional compensation unless the total time worked exceeds three (3) hours. In such event, the Employee will be compensated for the total hours at the overtime rate or be granted time off in lieu of overtime. After the call back is completed, the Employer may assign the Employee to other work for the time paid for the minimum three (3) hour call back.
