CALL BACKS RESOLVED BY TELEPHONE. Call backs resolved by phone shall be paid at a flat rate of $15 per call. Payment will only be made where the on call person would normally be required to refer to reference materials (books or electronic format) or make arrangements for the provision of pharmaceutical supplies to resolve the problem.
