Night Allowance. In addition an employee who is rostered to work night shifts where the substantial number of hours falls between 2200 and 0700 the following day, shall be paid a night rate allowance of $25.00 per night for that shift.
Night Allowance. 6.4.1 The Night rate (night allowance) will apply to ordinary hours of duty (other than overtime) that fall between 2000hrs and until the completion of a rostered night duty from midnight Sunday/Monday to midnight Friday/Saturday and shall be paid at quarter time (T0.25) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay.
6.4.2 Night rate is not to be paid when overtime is being worked or a penal rate is payable.
Night Allowance. The Service shall pay Night Allowance to employees on duty outside their duty stations according to approved government rates when accommodation and meals are not provided. Where accommodation and meals are provided, employees shall be paid out of pocket allowance equivalent to a third of the value of the night allowance rate.
Night Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay a night allowance to security officers who are required to work on the 11pm-6am shift. The Employer further agrees that the Night Allowance will be paid as follows: 11pm-6am - Additional EC$3.00 per hour
Night Allowance. All full-time employees beginning their shift between the hours of and will be paid a premium of fifty cents per hour for all hours worked on that shift. This premium is not applicable to part-time employees.
Night Allowance. Employees who are authorized to attend night duty shall be paid double their normal daily rate.
Night Allowance. 7.7.1 Night Allowance -
(a) An employee whose normal rostered hours of duty fall between 8pm. and 10pm. will be paid $25.80 per shift.
(b) Night allowance is not to be paid when overtime is being worked.
(c) An employee whose normal rostered hours of duty of a whole shift of 8 hours inclusive of the meal break with which finishes at 2400 shall be paid $54.10 per shift )
(d) An employee whose normal rostered hours of duty of a whole shift (8 hours inclusive of meal breaks) and finishing at 0800 shall be paid $75.00 per shift.
Night Allowance. 7.7.1 Night rate – An employee whose normal hours of duty fall between 2000 hours and 0600 hours will be paid at time one quarter of the normal hourly rate of pay (T0.25) in addition to normal salary for all hours which so fall provided that:
(a) The rate is to be calculated on the ordinary time hourly rate.
(b) The minimum payment under this provision shall not be less than payment for two hours at T 0.25 of the normal hourly rate even if the part of a shift which falls between the hours of 2000 hours and 0600 hours is less than two hours worked.
7.7.2 Night rate is not to be paid when overtime is being worked or a penal rate/duty allowance is payable.
7.7.3 In addition to the rates set out in 7.7.1 above, those employers in 7.7.1 above paying time one quarter (T0.25) for night rate shall pay to an Employee whose hours of work fall between 2200 hours and 0600 hours, Monday to Friday, an allowance of $2.52 for each hour so worked as from 01.07.18. ($2.60 as from 01.07.19.)
7.7.4 Night Allowance - (in lieu of clauses 7.7.1 to 7.7.3)
(a) An employee whose normal rostered hours of duty fall between 8pm. and 10pm. will be paid $21.75 per shift as from 01.07.18. ($22.40 per shift as from 01.07.19.)
(b) Night allowance is not to be paid when overtime is being worked.
(c) An employee whose normal rostered hours of duty of a whole shift of 8 hours inclusive of the meal break with which finishes at 2400 shall be paid $45.68 per shift as from 01.07.18. ($47.05 as from 01.07.19.)
(d) An employee whose normal rostered hours of duty of a whole shift (8 hours inclusive of meal breaks) and finishing at 0800 shall be paid $63.09 per shift as from 01.07.18. ($64.98 as from 01.07.

7.7.3 In addition to the rates set out in 7.7.1 above, those employers in 7.7.1 above paying time one quarter (T0.25) for night rate shall pay to an Employee whose hours of work fall between 2200 hours and 0600 hours, Monday to Friday, an allowance of $2.32 for each hour so worked.
Night Allowance. A night allowance of $10.50 per night will be paid to each employee required to work between the hours of 11.00 p.m. and 6.00 am.
