Call for Technical Specialists and Creation of Subcommittees. The Operating Committee may create subcommittees with the purpose of supporting the resolutions, under the Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee. The Operating Committee may call specialists to act as advisors, pursuant to the Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee.

The Operating Committee may call experts to act as advisors, pursuant to the Internal Regulations of the Operating Committee. Internal Regulations of the Operating Committee The Consortium Members shall agree upon the Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee with provisions additional to those in this annex. Operating expenses of the Operating Committee Expenses regarding the operation of the Operating Committee shall be borne by the Contracted Parties proportionally to their Share. The Manager shall bear with the travel and accommodation expenses of its representatives in the Operating Committee.
