CALLS FOR PAYMENT. The Custodian shall use its reasonable best efforts to determine from financial information services to which it subscribes, or such other financial services as agreed to by the parties, when Financial Assets held in the Custody Account are called for payment and surrender for payment any Financial Assets or notes which have matured or with respect to which it received or knows of a notice to call.
