CALORIFIC, ASH AND S02 ADJUSTMENTS. 1. As soon as practicable after the end of each month, KU shall determine and report to Seller the weighted average calorific value, in BTU per pound, the weighted average ash content, in percent, and the weighted average S02 value, in pounds per MMBTU, from the weights of such coal determined as provided in Section VII and from analyses thereof made as provided in Section VIII. The debits or credits resulting from the calorific, ash and SO2 adjustments described in the following paragraphs (2), (3), (4), and (5) will be made by the end of the following month.
