Common use of Campaign Contributions Clause in Contracts

Contractor hereby certifies that neither Contractor, nor any of Contractor’s partners, officers, directors, or shareholders, nor the spouse of any such person, has made contributions to the governor or the governor’s campaign committees in excess of the limitations specified in R.C. 3517.
