Canada Industrial Relations Board Hearings. (1) Complaints made to the Canada Industrial Relations Board (a) leave with pay to an employee who makes a complaint on his or her own behalf alleging a violation of any paragraph of Section 94 of the Canada Labour Code; (b) leave without pay to an employee who makes a complaint on his or her own behalf alleging a violation of any section other than S.94 of the Canada Labour Code; (c) to an employee who acts on behalf of an employee making a complaint, or who acts on behalf of the CFPA making a complaint, leave without pay.
